Account and membership records

Micro Motors stores WordPress account details, protected password hashes, membership dates, manual membership renewal records and listing-review history. Public store names, seller type, state, listings and photographs are visible to visitors. Seller email, telephone and street address are not shown as public store contact details.

Messages and delivery records

Private purchase requests, conversations and delivery records are available to the participants and authorised operators handling support and moderation. Request records contain the listing, participants, agreed payment instructions, reservation status, seller payment confirmation and action history. Delivery records contain carrier, tracking number, confirmation dates and issue notes. They are not public listings. Information you send in a conversation is visible to the other participant.

Your collection and saved searches

Collection records and saved searches belong to your account and are not public sale listings. They include the descriptions, quantities and notes you enter, search criteria and which matches you have seen. You can export your collection and remove entries or searches. These records remain available when Plus ends; active search alerts and editing tools pause. Authorised operators and hosting providers can access stored information where needed to maintain the service or respond to an authorised request.

Custom Build records

Issued build records are public and retain the maker’s chosen public name, build details, photographs and issue or withdrawal status, even after a listing is removed or membership changes. A maker reviews and confirms the public details before requesting an ID. Private approval notes and account identifiers are not shown publicly. Contact us about corrections or privacy concerns.

NFTs — Coming soon

New NFT opt-ins and minting are currently unavailable. Existing interest, consent and transaction records, if any, remain available to the relevant maker and authorised operators. This pause does not delete existing records. The site does not hold wallet passwords, recovery phrases or signing keys. Custom Build IDs and QR certificates do not require a crypto wallet.

Payments

Marketplace item payment takes place directly between buyer and seller. Micro Motors records the seller’s confirmation but does not process or verify that payment. Payment instructions shared in a private request are stored with that conversation. Never share passwords, card numbers or banking login credentials. Micro Motors Store purchases use WooCommerce checkout and its configured payment provider; the store retains order and fulfilment records. Manual Plus renewal records may contain a membership confirmation reference and access dates.

Cookies and hosting

WordPress uses cookies for sign-in and sessions. The website is hosted through Pofii. Technical request information, including IP addresses and browser information, is used to serve the site and support operation and security.

Access, correction or deletion requests

Use Contact Micro Motors to ask about your information. We may need to confirm account ownership before acting. Never include your password.
